Training with Isla taught me so much more than just exercise. The past 8 weeks have made a huge difference to my outlook and helped me have a much more positive mindset when it comes to food and exercise. I've seen how true 'everything in moderation' is and that you don't have to eat nothing to lose weight! I eat healthier, workout because I enjoy it (not because I feel like I have to) and don't feel stressed if I have a weekend off. Maintenance was always my biggest issue, my diet was very on and off which meant that my weight would fluctuate quite a lot and so would my shape, after 8 weeks I feel a lot more comfortable with my body and I definitely don't have that issue anymore.

I trained with Isla for two months, the past 8 weeks have been the best weeks of my life. I’ve struggled with weight and body dysmorphia for the majority of my life, training in the gym for years without seeing any results. Now, after 8 weeks I feel love towards myself. My self esteem and confidence have grown tremendously and all of my clothes are fitting better. I couldn’t believe how much I changed in just 8 weeks. The weight difference is minimum, but my overall body physique has transformed. No more back rolls, perkier glutes, defined legs and smaller waist. Isla was able to push me outside my comfort zone, challenging me while working on my mindset in order to achieve my goals. Super supportive, well mannered and friendly.

Working with Isla has been the first program I’ve actually stuck to and followed consistently. I am so glad I have because I’ve never made this amount of progress in such a short amount of time. I wanted to grow my upper body as well as legs/glutes but never seemed to make much progress before, but I can really see and feel the changes already which makes me so happy. Sometimes you have to leave your comfort zone to get where you wanna be and reach your full potential and I can’t thank isla enough for helping me.
