I pay extra attentional to detail when explaining the fundamentals of exercises and why I have selected them. I love clients to ask ‘why’ as this solidifies the brain and body connection to the exercise by giving it a purpose. By educating clients on alignment and balance it promotes strength and stability for their lifetime.

Most of my clients come to me with pain or with injuries so I track increases in range of motion, increases in strength, stamina and stability. This is done through my careful selection of stretches, exercises or weight progression.

Don’t get me wrong I love to feel challenged and to have sweaty workout but I feel people miss the beauty of the subtle. I like to check in with how my body and my energy is at the start a workout then get rid of any tension that will distract my mental focus before getting down to business. I find every training session is a new experience even if it’s the same workout.
Training sessions with me are engaging, educational and fun filled.

TESTIMONIALS

Easily the best personal trainer I have had. Natasha is really experienced and somehow knows exactly when I fall into unhelpful postural habits, even online. Super flexible and personal goal oriented and very knowledgeable about injuries and how to resolve long-standing problems. Thanks to her I feel stronger in my 50s than I have at any point before, and I really enjoy it."

"When I started working with Natasha I was out of shape, suffering with multiple “lifelong” chronic pain issues.
With a very good rehabilitative program over the course of the first year, she got me on my feet, feeling motivated and pain minimised.
Since then, I do not know myself, my fitness & strength is the best it has ever been in my entire life. I do not even know myself thanks to the amazing training program."

"I have been training with Tash since January this year and have loved every session. After a back injury, I wanted to improve my fitness and strength but didn’t know how to do this safely on my own. I feel completely safe in Tash’s hands – she is super knowledgeable and is constantly tweaking my form and technique. She makes every session challenging and enjoyable!
The gym itself is fantastic – there are only every 1-2 other clients training at the same time so I never feel self-conscious/intimidated as I have done in the past in public gyms! There are showers and changing rooms downstairs and amazing coffee at Nine Bars for a well-deserved post-workout treat.
I would highly recommend Tash and the Bull at the Gate to anyone!" -
"I have been training with Natasha for about 6 years now and there is no way I would ever want to train with anybody else, EVER! She has completely changed the way I view exercise and strength training in order to get the results I want. Before starting with Natasha I had both back and knee pain, limiting my movement but within months I was the strongest I had ever been. I always feel like I’ve worked hard even if the session is utilising smaller muscles because correct form, maximum range of movement and correct breathing are key foundations to how she trains me. She also has helped me with my nutrition and holistic health and will quickly adapt her sessions based on how you are on that day. This has been amazing for me as two years ago I developed Long Covid and my training schedule had to dramatically change overnight. She was and still remains extremely flexible with sessions and makes sure each one is right at that moment in time for my body. Since I’ve had to reduce my exercise coming back to training with Natasha has been the thing I have been looking forward to the most."
