• Training with me is a safe space where there are no silly questions, no ego lifting, but lots of hard work and lots of having fun whilst doing it. 

    My background comes from playing football at Academy level for Charlton Athletic for 5 years. I found through hard work in the gym and a greater knowledge of my own dietary requirements, I could better perform on the pitch and keep improving with no limits to reach my goals. And i like to take this ethos into working with my clients and building a relationship where together we can continue to improve.

  • My preference in training is circuit and full body compound training as it’s engaging and time efficient whilst still providing a challenge. But when it comes to my clients, I firmly believe that there is no one shoe fits all. The training style is determined through the relationship built between you and your trainer.

  • Again, determined by what I believe benefits the client best in achieving their goals. For those losing fat, I tend to use calipers to measure body fat. For those increasing strength I like to log their data of past workouts to show them their progress (for example lifting heavier/ for more reps or shorter rest periods). There are some who I believe benefit more from regular check-ins on their emotional response to training to ensure they’re enjoying the process. 


  • Other than working, training, and parenting I'm big into both playing and watching different types of sports. I enjoy being creative (photography, painting & going to art exhibitions).

  • What I love about fitness is how many ways of interpreting the data there is. There are so many styles of training, but from my own experiences finding a sustainable way to progress at the same time as enjoying the process is key. Things I’ve encountered that I dislike within the industry are quick fixes and FADS. I believe in finding a long-term sustainable and healthy relationship with fitness. Something that can be maintained.
